Mr. Marvish’s research interests focus on the interface between law and emerging technologies. His core research areas include Artificial Intelligence and Copyright Law, data protection and privacy law in India, and the effectiveness of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in addressing evolving challenges of data governance while safeguarding individual privacy. He also undertakes critical analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on copyright regimes and the adequacy of existing legal frameworks in India.
In addition to his formal legal education, Mr. Choudhary has
completed several certified courses from reputed national
and international institutions, strengthening his expertise in contract law, intellectual
property, cyber security,
environmental law, and privacy jurisprudence. These include:
