Step 1: Submit Your Query

• Offline: Enquire manually at the Admission Cell, located at the D Block of our campus.

Step 2: Get Personalized Counselling.

The university has a great number of expert counsellors or advisors, divided by discipline, who not only share relevant factual information on programs, but also help you understand the industry outlook and career prospects with every choice.

For students who have submitted their query offline, you will meet a counsellor the moment you step into our offices. For online students, your number is saved and sent to the relevant person, who will then call you at an appropriate time to answer all your questions.

Students can also get a full campus tour to explore every corner of our campus. Online applicants can request their counsellors for a tour and will get free bus service from Dwarka Mor and MG Road Metro Station.

Step 3: Fill Application Form

If you are satisfied with the counsellor’s answers and are impressed with the university NAAC A+ rated programs, campus, and other offerings, then you can go on to fill out the application form. Here again, there is a separation:

• Online: Students will get a Login ID and password for https://sgterp.org/sgterp/login/ on their email. After you log in, you have to pay an application fee of ₹1500, after which you can fill out your application.
• Offline: Counsellor will verify your documents, and if eligible, ask you to pay ₹1500 over the counter to get your application form.

Step 4: Assessment through Interview/Entrance Exam

This is after we check your application form and determine your eligibility. For most programs of SGT University, students will be asked to undertake a thorough personal interview with our experienced faculty, who will test you fully on your academic knowledge and also your personal motivations. This can be taken either online or in person, depending upon the mode of application.

Online applicants will again have to go through https://sgterp.org/sgterp/login/ to pay the booking amount. Same login. Offline students can again pay over the counter.

Step 6: Submit Your Documents & Get Enrolled

To reaffirm your veracity as a candidate, you will be asked to submit copies of a whole host of documents, including personal IDs and marksheets from your previous academic institution. Online applicants can upload these on https://sgterp.org/sgterp/login/
