With over 15 years of rich experience across corporates and academia, she currently serves as Deputy Director at CEAPS and Assistant Professor at SGT University, where she spearheads a range of Faculty Development Programmes, Employability Skill Trainings, and Curriculum Innovations. Her strength lies in combining practical workplace competencies with academic rigor, helping educators adopt modern teaching strategies and preparing students for the evolving professional landscape.
Dr. Pabla has provided training consultancy services to corporate clients in the domains of communication, leadership behaviour, presentation excellence, and team synergy.
