A seminar titled “Empowering Excellence: Mastering the Art of Transformational Teaching – A Pathway to Success in Mainstream Education” was organized by the Faculty of Education, SGT University on 10th September 2025. The event was held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in Room No. 308, E-Block of the university. The seminar aimed at enhancing understanding of transformational teaching practices in mainstream education.

The session was graced by Mrs. Aparna Erry, Principal, DAV Public School, Sector-14, Gurugram, who served as the Resource Person. She delivered valuable insights into the role of teachers in creating meaningful learning experiences and emphasized the need for innovative approaches in education.

The programme was convened by Prof. (Dr.) Kavita Varma, Dean, Faculty of Education, with active coordination from Dr. Manita Devi (HoD, Department of Education) and Ms. Priyanka Yadav (Assistant Professor, Department of Special Education). Ishu (D.Ed 2nd Year) and Shivani (B.Ed 1st Year) efficiently served as student coordinators.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, leading to interactive discussions and knowledge sharing. The event concluded on a positive note, inspiring future educators to embrace transformational teaching for achieving excellence in education.
