As an academician my role extends beyond traditional classroom and clinical activities; I engage in research, as well as organizing and coordinating training programs, seminars, and conferences for Nursing cadre and Healthcare professionals. I have had the privilege of being a master trainer for WHO-funded projects, including one that promotes self-care during the COVID-19 pandemic ,NACO funded HIV AIDS Programs , Community Mental Health Nursing ,NQOCN etc .Had an extensive exposer to Project Management Skills in Public Health area while working with Nursing Division ,Dte.GHS ,MoHFW,GoI, State Nursing councils, Nursing colleges and Associations .
