About Pharmacy

The SGT College of Pharmacy was established in 2015 and is one of the top pharmacy schools in the nation, offering doctoral degrees in pharmacy and philosophy, as well as bachelor's degrees and diplomas in pharmacy, all of which are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. The College of Pharmacy is actively engaged in delivering advanced training in pharmaceutical sciences and conducting cutting-edge research in the field.

According to recent Government of India reports and Invest India, the Indian pharmaceutical industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country. India ranks as the third-largest pharmaceutical producer by volume and is the largest supplier of generic medicines globally. The domestic pharmaceutical market, valued at approximately USD 60 billion, is projected to reach USD 130 billion by 2030, driven by innovation, research, manufacturing, and exports. The pharmacy faculty is committed to meeting these evolving healthcare and industry needs by providing high-quality pharmacy education.
