From Dreams to Degrees – A Journey Fulfilled!

SGT University’s 11th Convocation Ceremony, held from 14th-15th February 2025, witnessed the graduation of more than 2100 students from 200-plus programs. Over two days, the Class of 2025, consisting of UG, PG, and PhD students, received their degrees from eminent personalities and leaders, who shared important nuggets of wisdom that will help them navigate the exciting future ahead!

As it unfolded…

The first day of the event was graced by Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of Education, and Shri Rohan Jaitley, President of the Delhi & District Cricket Association and son of the late great Arun Jaitley. Both of them reminded graduates of the opportunity at their feet, one where they can help transform India into a power like no other.

The second day saw many more luminaries grace the occasion and bless our students for their bright future, including:

● Prof. Dr. H. Vinod Bhat (Vice Chancellor, Apollo University)
● Prof. Dr. Basuthkar Jagadeeshwar Rao (Vice Chancellor, University of Hyderabad)
● Prof. Dr. Jay Parkash Yadav (Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi University).

In addition to awarding degrees, the convocation honoured many great individuals for their achievements, including presenting gold medals to outstanding students, awarding honorary doctorates to brilliant minds, and launching the Chancellor Library in honour of our leader and Padma Bhushan recipient, Shri Ram Bahadur Rai.
