From Vision to Victory, Degrees in Triumph!

SGT University’s 12th Convocation Ceremony, held from 28th–29th January 2026, marked a proud milestone as students from diverse disciplines graduated, celebrating years of hard work, perseverance, and academic excellence. Over two days, UG, PG, and PhD scholars received their degrees in the presence of eminent academicians and leaders, who inspired them with insights to navigate a dynamic and ever-evolving future.

The two-day celebration was graced by distinguished Chief Guests who brought immense academic and intellectual value to the occasion, including Sat Prakash Bansal, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Himachal Pradesh; Alok Kumar Rai, Director, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta; Unnat P Pandit, Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Indian Patent Office, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry; and Diwan Singh Rawat, Vice Chancellor, Kumaun University. Their words encouraged graduates to embrace innovation, responsibility, and leadership in shaping the nation’s future.

The ceremony was further enriched by the presence of esteemed Guests of Honour, including O P Kalra, Former Vice Chancellor, Pandit B. D. Sharma University & SGT University, and Vikas Dhawan, Director General, IMS Noida, who inspired students to pursue excellence with integrity and purpose.

Beyond the conferral of degrees, the convocation celebrated the core values that define SGT University- integrity, service, innovation, leadership, and national responsibility. The ceremony stood as a testament to the university’s commitment to nurturing future-ready professionals who are equipped to contribute meaningfully to society, research, and nation-building.
