Abstract
This blog talks about a project presented by students of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at SGT University, for their Synergy 2024 tech-fest. It showcases a healthy substitute for store-bought chocolate snacks.
Problem Statement
In this age of calories and excess, store-bought snacks, especially the ones laced with chocolate, are being consumed mindlessly without any potential thought of their effects, especially on children, in whom they can cause energy crashes, jitters, and sugar dependency.
Solution
Our Nutrient-dense bites, which are made from natural ingredients, are a delicious alternative to traditional, caffeine-laden chocolate treats. It offers a satisfying taste and texture while also packing several essential nutrients and antioxidants for your wellness.

Buckwheat Flour: The Gluten-Free Nutrient Powerhouse
Buckwheat flour is an excellent alternative for those who are sensitive to gluten and looking to change up their diet. It is packed with fibre, protein, and minerals like magnesium, manganese, and phosphorus.
Additionally, buckwheat is high in antioxidants such as rutin, which has anti-inflammatory properties and may help protect against heart disease.
