My research focuses on human emotions, their psychological complexities, and the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic interventions. I am particularly interested in evidence-based counselling practices and applied clinical frameworks. My work integrates teaching, research, and counselling practice with a strong emphasis on ethical and outcome-oriented mental health care.
