Prof. (Dr.) Nikhil Monga is a seasoned academic leader and strategist with over 16 years of experience in management education and industry. His areas of expertise include International Business, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Strategy. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Uttarakhand Technical University and an e-Diploma in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online. Over his academic career, he has guided 19 Ph.D. scholars (6 awarded, 7 thesis submitted, 5 pursuing) and published over 40 research papers in reputed national and international journals (SCOPUS and UGC-CARE indexed), in addition to book chapters and conference proceedings. Dr. Monga has held leadership and faculty positions at esteemed institutions including CGC University, CT University, Lovely Professional University, and Jindal Business School. His research interests span consumer behavior, branding, e-commerce, digital marketing, and sustainable business practices. He also serves on editorial boards of international journals and has chaired technical sessions at global conferences. With his strong commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and industry integration, Dr. Monga continues to mentor students, scholars, and entrepreneurs—nurturing the next generation of business leaders.
