What an incredible conclusion to our two-day HRMS Workshop with Zimyo! Our students enthusiastically immersed themselves in the world of digital HR, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with the Zimyo interface. They learned how to establish an organization from scratch—configuring its structure, logo, location, departments, designations, and employee types. The workshop covered the complete recruitment cycle, from creating requisitions and screening resumes to onboarding new candidates within the system.
Participants also honed their skills in employee management by updating details in the employee master, generating IDs, and managing status changes such as probation, transfers, and account suspensions. They further explored how to implement company policies and configure attendance systems, including shifts, holidays, and leave structures. The workshop provided a rich, practical learning experience, offering real-time exposure to modern HR technology. The event concluded with the distribution of E-certificates and heartfelt appreciation to the Resource Person.
