Dr. Ankita is a dynamic and forward-thinking academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Commerce and Management. With four years of dedicated teaching experience, she brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to management education, seamlessly bridging classical concepts with modern digital strategies. Her core areas of expertise lie at the cutting edge of the industry, focusing on Consumer Behavior Analysis, Market Trends, and AI-Automated Marketing. Dr. Ankita earned her Ph.D. in December 2024, solidifying her foundation in advanced research methodology. A passionate researcher, she has already published 7 insightful papers and currently has several manuscripts under review in prestigious, high-impact SCOPUS-indexed journals. She actively contributes to the global academic dialogue, having participated in 4 major conferences and regularly upskilling through government-regulated Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Driven by a vision to solve real-world problems, she has also conceptualized and submitted multiple research project proposals for government funding. Beyond academics, Dr. Ankita is deeply committed to institutional excellence and agility. As an active member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) committee, she plays a vital role in steering the university’s accreditation and national ranking initiatives.
