I have an experience of over 4+ years, academia specializing in Human Resource Management and of industry. My areas of interest for research includes Leadership, Career Success, and Green HRM. I teach Human Resource Management and Development, Compensation Management, Global HRM, Professional Ethics and Social Responsibilities, Behavioral Science. I have worked as an active member of PROAC, IQAC, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell, and cultural committee at my previous institution. I have a proven record of scholarly contributions, with publications in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-CARE- indexed journals, alongside conference presentations in reputed institutions such as IIMs, IIT and NIT.
