Dr. Tanu Manocha is an academician with over 13 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management, MBA in Operations Management, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Kurukshetra University. She has also completed an Executive Programme in Supply Chain Management from IIM Rohtak. Her expertise spans Production & Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, and Sustainable Supply Chains. She has served in full-time and visiting roles at reputed institutes. Dr. Manocha has published 22 research papers in ABDC, Scopus indexed, IEEE, and UGC Care journals. Her areas of research focuses on Green logistics, Sustainability, Block chain in e-commerce. She has presented at leading national and international conferences, receiving multiple Best Paper Awards, and has contributed as a Session Chair, Reviewer, and Co-Convener in the International Conferences.As an academician, she has been driven by a passion for bridging theory with practice, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing future leaders through reflective, research-oriented, and experiential pedagogy. She aims to empower individuals to understand themselves better, collaborate more effectively, lead with authenticity and create an impact in a rapidly evolving world.
