The Department of Periodontology, Faculty of Dental Sciences, SGT University, in collaboration with the Perio-Unnati Academic Club, successfully organised a hands-on workshop titled "Enhanced Vision, Elevated Care: A Workshop on Dental Magnification" on 3rd June 2026.The workshop was designed to enhance clinical precision by familiarising participants with the principles and applications of dental magnification in practice. The scientific session included demonstrations on the effective use of magnification loupes, followed by interactive hands-on training that enabled participants to develop practical skills under expert guidance.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from postgraduate students, interns, and members of the Perio-Unnati Academic Club. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, attendees gained valuable insights into the role of magnification in improving diagnostic accuracy, treatment outcomes, and ergonomics in clinical dentistry.
