Special Recognition Award by the National Oral Health Programme (NOHP)

SGT University is immensely proud to share that the Faculty of Dental Sciences (FDSC) has been conferred with a Special Recognition Award by the National Oral Health Programme (NOHP), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, for its outstanding efforts in celebrating World Oral Health Day 2025 through a series of impactful, month-long activities.
The award ceremony took place on 6th August 2025 in the esteemed presence of Dr. Sunita Sharma, Director General of Health Services, MoHFW; Dr. L. Swasticharan, Additional Deputy Director General & Director (EMR), Directorate General of Health Services; and Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Duggal, Chief, Centre for Dental Education and Research (CDER), AIIMS, New Delhi.
This recognition is a proud achievement for SGT Dental College (FDSC) and reflects its strong commitment to promoting oral health, improving patient care, enriching dental student learning, and reaching out to the community.
