Dr. Neha Sharma

Dr. Neha Sharma is an accomplished academician and educational leader with over 9 years of teaching and 5 years of research experience. She is currently serving as Associate Professor and Officiating Dean, Faculty of Education, SGT University. She joined SGT University in September 2022 and has previously served as an Assistant Professor at reputed institutions and as a Research Associate at the School of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, under the PMMMNMTT initiative of the Government of India.

She holds a Ph.D. in Education, along with M.Ed., B.Ed., and M.Sc. (Physics) degrees from Aligarh Muslim University. Her expertise spans Educational Psychology, Measurement and Evaluation, Research Methodology, and Pedagogy of Science. Her research interests include Emotional Intelligence, ICT-enabled learning, Curriculum Development, Teaching-Learning Material (TLM) development, and Inclusive Education.

Dr. Sharma has published books, book chapters, research papers, psychometric scales, and patents. She has also supervised Ph.D. and M.Ed. research scholars and actively contributes to educational innovation, teacher education, assessment practices, and NEP 2020 implementation.
