The Training and Placement Cell (TPC), in FEAT is an indispensable factor in moulding the perspective of the new generation students by training and assisting them to get placed in the industry of their choice. This cell’s purpose is to ensure that each student is ready to be competitive within the job market and get a job in his or her area of specialisation keeping market trends in mind.

- Enhancing Employability:To ensure students are fully prepared and ready to secure suitable employment upon graduation.
- Industry Collaboration:To establish and nurture strong relationships with industries and employers for student internships, training, and final placements.
- Skill Development:To organize courses, training sessions, and seminars focused on resume writing, cover letters, interview preparation, and the development of interpersonal and soft skills.
- Continuous Improvement:To continuously assess and refine the placement process by staying aligned with market trends and the evolving needs of students, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Inclusivity and Diversity:To guarantee that placement opportunities are accessible to all students, ensuring equitable access regardless of their background, and to encourage employers on matters of diversity.

Objective of TPC
- To offer students phased training programs and workshops focused on developing essential skills such as effective communication, collaboration, critical thinking, conflict resolution, time management, and technical competencies relevant to the engineering field.
- To foster strong relationships with industries, firms, and organizations to facilitate industrial visits (both physical and virtual) and guest lectures, enabling students to understand real-world business environments.
- To assist students in securing suitable internships and practical training placements, exposing them to actual work environments to enhance their understanding and performance.
- To organize campus placements, job fairs, and placement seminars.
- To train students in writing effective curricula vitae (CVs), cover letters, and portfolios, and to prepare them for actual interviews through mock interviews and group discussions.
