Dr. Twinkal Dogra
Assistant Professor
Dr. Twinkal Dogra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Liberal Studies & Social Sciences at SGT University, Gurugram. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration, with her doctoral research focused on tourism development and governance. She has previously served as a Teaching Associate at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, where she contributed to the training of civil service officer trainees. She has also taught at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS), Faridabad. Her work primarily engages with issues of gender, ethics, public policy, and governance, with a focus on institutional functioning and accountability. She has authored a book, published in peer-reviewed, Scopus and WoS-indexed journals, and led a SEED fund research project on Women Police Stations and gender-responsive governance. She was also a CPL Fellow (2025).
