He is a chef by profession whose culinary journey began at IHM Dehradun, where he discovered his passion for crafting exceptional dining experiences. Over the past 7½ years, he has refined his skills in five-star hotel kitchens and aboard international cruise liners, mastering everything from haute cuisine to large-scale banquet execution. Armed with a Master’s in Tourism & Travel Management from IGNOU and HACCP certification, he blends creativity with rigorous food-safety standards. Today, he brings that same kitchen energy into academia designing curriculum, mentoring students, and overseeing the Faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management to nurture the next generation of hospitality innovators.
