Currently associated with Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, SGT University, he has spent two formative years working with the Andaz a concept by Hyatt Hotels, gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest services, and management. His academic journey is equally distinguished—he is actively involved in research and has published extensively in Scopus-indexed journals and IEEE conferences. Milan has also participated in numerous national and international conferences, ensuring his knowledge remains aligned with global trends.
