Sachidanand Vayas is assistant professor in the Department of Samhita & Siddhant at the Faculty of Indian Medical System, Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana. He is dedicated Sanskrit teacher.He has 13 years of teaching experience . Prior to this he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Samhita Siddhant at Saharanpur ayurvedic Medical College, Saharanpur, U.P . He has completed his graduation and Post Graduation in phylosophy from Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalay Varanasi in 205 and literature from Uttarakhand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalay Haridwar in 2012. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience. He has competed Yoga diploma in 2018. He is devoted to understanding the intricate balance between mind, body and spirit.
