Alisha Syali

Alisha Syali is an early career academic and PhD scholar who has academic training in law, and is passionate about teaching and research. She holds her Bachelor’s degree in law and also possesses her masters degree (LLM) from NLU Delhi, and has qualified the UGC-NET (Assistant Professor). She has specialization in International human rights law, International humanitarian law and Constitutional law. She has presented her research papers and articles at various national and international conferences and seminars including those conducted at the University of Basel, Queen’s University (Belfast) and the Asian Society of International law. She also holds several publications in reputed journals and edited volumes. Her research interests span all fields of law and deal with topical challenges in public law, human rights, international law, and constitutional governance. She is committed to fostering high quality academic work, both through research and teaching and by being actively involved in the newest trends in legal scholarship.
