Mr. Amit Baisoya is an accomplished academician and legal professional with over eleven years of experience in the legal field, including five years of teaching. He holds an LL.M., has qualified UGC-NET, and is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law from Banasthali Vidyapeeth. With a strong foundation in both procedural and constitutional law, he has actively contributed to the field of legal education through his teaching, research, and participation in various academic events. Having written five mains of Judiciary examinations and appeared for the interview of the Jharkhand Judiciary in 2019, he brings a blend of academic insight and practical legal exposure. His dedication lies in fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and a sound understanding of law among his students, while pursuing research on contemporary legal issues with a focus on reforms in family law and constitutional governance.
