Deepshikha Kataria

Deepshikha Kataria is a dedicated scholar with a strong academic’s background in law. She holds a B.com llb [hons.] from K.R. Mangalam University and a Master in law from GURUGRAM UNIVERSITY [She secured 1st position and The Governor of Haryana honored her by awarding a Gold Medal].

Currently she is pursuing Ph.D.. She is also a judiciary aspirant. She has completed several internships at reputed places to gain practical knowledge. She interned at District Legal Service Authority in Gurugram under Mrs. SURUCHI ATREJA SINGH, who is the Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary of the DLSA, and Mr. HARMAN SINGH THAKUR, who is District and Session Judge-cum-Chairman of the DLSA in Gurugram. She has also worked for four years in proper legal practice with firms such as M|S Blue Sapphire Lex Chambers advocates and solicitors, Tej law association.

During this time, she dealt with various legal cases, including research and analysis of pending cases in different courts and Tribunals. She has handled consumer cases, family dispute cases, criminal and civil matters, NI Act matters and also worked on issues related to Tehsil matters. Some things are personal to her, like her deep desire to understand law and justice thoroughly, and her passion for teaching students in a way that helps them understand law better. She continuously works on this goal. She also has an interest in sports, having won several Gold and Silver Medals, and is actively involved in cultural activities as well. Her academic journey and aspiration reflect her dedication to advancing the legal system and contributing meaningfully to the field of law.
