Mr. Kaisar Iqbal Mir is an Assistant Professor of Law with expertise in Constitutional Law and
Human Rights. He holds a B.A. LL.B. and LL.M. from the Central University of Kashmir and is
currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. A four-time UGC-NET
qualifier, he combines academic rigor with an innovative approach to legal education.
He has previously served as faculty at the School of Legal Studies, Central University of
Kashmir, and at the Vitasta School of Law and Humanities. An active researcher, Mr. Mir has
presented papers at prestigious international and national conferences and contributed to
academic discourse through numerous workshops and webinars. He was the only student from
Jammu & Kashmir selected for the Winter Internship Programme (WIP) 2019 at the National
Human Rights Commission, New Delhi and was awarded Certificate of Distinction. His areas of
interest include Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and procedural frameworks. Dedicated to
nurturing future legal professionals, he emphasizes critical thinking, practical insight, and
academic excellence in his teaching.
