Ms. Rakhi Tewari
Assistant Professor

Ms. Rakhi Tewari holds a distinguished academic background, having earned her BBA LL.B.
(Hons.) from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, securing a First Division. She further pursued
her LL.M. in Human Rights from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow,
graduating as a Gold Medallist in 2019.
With a keen interest in legal academia, she qualified the UGC NET and commenced her
professional journey as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, SGT University,
Gurugram, in April 2022. Throughout her academic tenure, she actively participated in
seminars, Model United Nations (MUNs), and various co-curricular activities, enriching her
legal acumen.
Beyond teaching, Ms. Tewari has been actively involved with the Legal Aid Cell and
currently serves as the Coordinator of the Pro Bono Club at SGT University. She is also a
Ph.D. Research Scholar at the institution. Her teaching and research interests primarily lie in
Tort Law, Media Law, Health Law, where she continues to contribute with dedication and
expertise
