Ms. Rashmi Giri

Rashmi Giri has completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. (with specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in the field of Data Protection Law. She has qualified the UGC-NET examination twice, in 2024 and 2025. She has actively participated in and presented research papers at various international and national conferences, seminars, and workshops, reflecting her engagement with contemporary legal issues. She has prior teaching experience as a Legal Faculty at IMS, where she was involved in legal education and student mentoring. Additionally, she has worked in the field of public policy with Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, contributing to research-oriented legal and policy initiatives. Her academic work includes publications in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes. Her research interests include Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Cyber Law, and Data Protection Law, with a focus on the interface between law, technology, and governance. As an academic, she aims to contribute meaningfully to teaching, research, and the broader development of legal scholarship.
