Sandhya Sharma
Assistant Professor
Ms. Sandhya Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, SGT University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law and holds dual LL.M. degrees in Corporate & Finance Laws and Dispute Resolution, along with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.). She is an Advocate, an accredited mediator and a certified arbitrator with professional certifications from IICA, IIAM, and APCAM. Her academic and professional interests include Alternative Dispute Resolution, constitutional and administrative law, legal research, environmental laws and policy studies. She has been actively involved in academic administration, research, training programmes, and student engagement initiatives, and presently serves as the Director of the SGT University Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (SADRC).
