Dr. Savita Yadav

Dr. Savita Yadav is an experienced academician and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at SGT University. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Amity University, with her doctoral research focused on transformational leadership, learning organization, and employee empowerment. She is UGC NET qualified and brings more than a decade of combined experience in academia and industry. Prior to joining SGT University, she served as Assistant Professor at G.D. Goenka University, Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, and HMR Institute of Technology & Management. She has also worked as an HR Executive in the construction industry, gaining practical exposure to recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Dr. Yadav has published extensively in reputed national and international journals and has authored and edited books with leading publishers. She is the recipient of two Indian patents in the areas of human resource development and financial systems. She has actively contributed as a guest speaker, session chair, IQAC member, ERP coordinator, and academic administrator, and has organized multiple national seminars and symposiums. Her teaching and research focus emphasizes leadership, employee engagement, sustainability, and organizational effectiveness.
