Vaishali Sahu

Vaishali Sahu is a distinguished legal scholar and academician specializing in Corporate Law and digital governance. She previously served as Assistant Professor and Vice Principal at Bhagwan Mahaveer Law College and Research Centre, Jaipur, for one year and four months, during which she also acted as the ADDITIONAL CENTRE SUPERINTENDENT for Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University,jaipur operations.

A two-time UGC-NET qualified professional (December 2023 and December 2025 cycles), Ms. Sahu holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law (2024) and an LL.B. (2022) from the Department of Law, University of Rajasthan. She is also the Co-Founder of Vidhikkgyan, an online educational platform through which she has successfully mentored over 180 aspirants preparing for Judicial Services and UGC-NET examinations.

Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong specialization in Corporate Law, particularly focused research on Mergers & Acquisitions within the digital business sector. She is the co-author of Rajasthan Judicial Services Previous Year Papers (2016–2024) and has authored specialized research on Internet Shutdowns and Information Warfare. Her interdisciplinary scholarship includes published chapters examining the intersection of Law, Media, and National Security, along with forthcoming work on Social Policy in collaboration with COER University. She has also presented a research paper titled “The Role of the Indian Judiciary in Implementing International Human Rights Law” at the Conference on Human Rights Jurisprudence held at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur.
