After the successful completion of the first capacity building program by external resource persons, the Centre conducted its second Capacity Building Programme on "Orientation to Andragogical and Pedagogical Sciences" on 16th-17th February 2023.

Day 1 began with an ice-breaking activity by Ms. Arvinder Kaur Pabla, followed by Dr. Astha Chaudhry’s introduction to andragogy and Dr. Pulin Saluja’s session on "Student-Centered Teaching Methodologies." Participants engaged in group discussions and digital content creation exercises. On Day 2, Ms. Poonam Talwar covered "Learner Characteristics," while Dr. Manita Devi discussed "Bloom's Taxonomy." Additional sessions included "Dimensions of Andragogy" by Dr. Shweta Sharma, "Effective Lecture Delivery" by Prof. Madan Chaturvedi, and "Simulation in Education" by Ms. Anu Grover. The program was attended by faculty from across the university and was a resounding success due to the efforts of the CEAPS.
