SGT University proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its alumni startup, Womenastic, which has been recognized among the Top 6 youth-led sustainability startups in India at the prestigious UNDP Youth Co National Innovation Challenge 2026. Organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) India in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog) and T-Hub, the National Innovation Challenge 2026 attracted more than 350 applications from 28 states across the country. Following a rigorous evaluation process, Womenastic emerged as one of the Top 6 startups and secured the Runner-Up position for its innovative and sustainable solution. The winners were felicitated at T-Hub, Hyderabad, where startups working across sectors such as circular economy, sustainable textiles, and food systems were recognized for developing impactful innovations that contribute to Mission LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
