Dr. Biswambhar Bose

Dr. Biswambhar Bose is a distinguished academician, media professional, and creative visionary with over a decade of rich experience in the field of Mass Communication and Media Technology. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor, he has developed a dynamic and multifaceted career that integrates teaching excellence, academic administration, and creative leadership. His core areas of expertise include Advertising, Public Relations, Event Management, News Production, and Media Research, complemented by a strong command of Digital Media, Web Journalism, and Indian Folk and Classical Culture. He earned his PhD in Mass Communication from K.R. Mangalam University in 2024, where his research examined the transformative role of communication in addressing psychological well-being. Additionally, he holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Punjab Technical University and a postgraduate diploma in Media and Communication from Times Business School, New Delhi.

Beyond academia, Dr. Bose is an accomplished Indian classical dancer and performer, widely admired for his artistic depth and cultural commitment. He received formal training in Manipuri dance under Guru Sanjib Bhattyacharya and further specialized in Rabindra Natyam under Guru Valmmiki Banerjee. His performances, marked by elegance and expressive storytelling, have been showcased on numerous prestigious national and international platforms.
