The Faculty and School of Nursing, SGT University, showcased outstanding innovation and research excellence at Gyanotsav 2026 – Synergy (Faculty Edition), presenting 10 impactful projects addressing critical healthcare challenges through AI-driven diagnostics, digital health solutions, community health interventions, patient safety, mental health awareness, maternal and child healthcare, infection prevention, elderly care innovations, sustainable healthcare practices, and health education technologies. Demonstrating a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care, these initiatives contribute to national healthcare priorities and global health goals. Adding to this achievement, the School of Nursing’s innovative project “SOLO-XR” was honored with the prestigious “Best Project – Solving a National Problem” award. Led by Principal Investigator Ms. Ruchika Singh, Assistant Professor, along with co-investigators Dr. Nitin Panwar, Ms. Nitika Thakur, and Dr. Sunil K. Dular, in collaboration with Mr. Somi Prakash Biswas from IIT Kharagpur, the project exemplifies SGT University’s dedication to fostering innovation, strengthening research culture, and developing technology-driven healthcare solutions that create meaningful societal impact.
