I am a nursing educator and researcher with over 20 years of experience in pediatric nursing and nursing research, currently serving as Professor cum Associate Dean (Research) at the School of Nursing, SGT University, Gurgaon. I hold Ph.D. in Nursing from BFUHS, Punjab, and Postgraduation from PGIMER, Chandigarh. My expertise includes research, child health nursing, and academic leadership and I have contributed to over 80 publications indexed in PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science.
