I have a wealth of knowledge in Community Health nursing and nursing research. I have taken up different position at various hospitals, and private sector in the clinical as well as educational areas. I have organized various webinar for graduate nursing students.I served as research guide for various projects for graduate students, conducted various Community Health nursing related days such as , breast feeding week, AIDS day etc. I always actively involved in planning the departmental activities periodically, implementation of the plan and systematic evaluation of the activities and participated in virtual scientific paper I’m passionate to conduct research on need based community problems.
