Expert Talk on Sports Psychology Organized at SGT University

Gurugram, March 2, 2025: The Sports Health & Fitness Club, under the aegis of the Faculty of Physiotherapy, SGT University, successfully organized an expert talk on "Sports Psychology for Athletes."
The distinguished resource person for the event was Dr. Garry Kuan, Associate Professor, School of Health Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Dr. Kuan shared valuable insights into sports psychology, focusing on how athletes react to performance pressure and how their muscles respond in high-stress situations.
