Dr. Dheeraj Kumar
Assistant Professor
Dr. Dheeraj Kumar is serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Physiotherapy, SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from BCIP, Kalkaji, New Delhi (affiliated to GGSIPU) and pursued his Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has enriched his clinical expertise through his work at Primus Super Speciality Hospital, Chanakyapuri, and Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj, New Delhi. He also completed his mandatory clinical postings at the Sports Authority of India (SAI), working with athletes at Indira Gandhi Stadium, National Stadium, and Talkatora Stadium. Dr. Dheeraj served as an On-Field Sports Physiotherapist during the Khelo India Para Games 2023. Alongside his clinical engagements, he has actively supervised undergraduate and postgraduate students in research activities. He holds professional certifications in Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) and Vestibular Rehabilitation and has actively participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops.
