Dr. Jaganjyoti Das

Dr. Jaganjyoti Das is currently working as an assistant Professor in the Faculty of Physiotherapy, Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana, India. He has completed his BPT from National Institute for Rehabilitation Training and Research (NIRTAR), Odisha. As an academic scholar he has completed his MPT in Sports specialization from Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab and is pursuing his Ph.D. from SGT University, Haryana. Along with formal education, he is a trained Dry Needling Instructor, certified health & wellness coach, FIFA medical diploma holder & certified Cricket Conditioning expert. As an academician by passion, he has more than 5 years of experience since 2018. To his record he has received praise and academic excellence awards from various national bodies of Indian Physiotherapy. As a researcher & presenter he has achieved utmost success in the community of physiotherapy with 2 best research presenter awards in International Physiotherapy Conferences in 2019 & 2023. Along with numerous publications in web of science and scopus indexed journals, he has multiple design patents registered with Government of India. As an enthusiast in scientific project work, he has designed more than five prototypes of diagnostic devices and solitary EMR for Physiotherapy with students. He is also awarded for best scholar project in the medical category in 2019. With experience of nearly a decade in clinical physiotherapy, he heads the physiotherapy and fitness departments of a Govt. of India registered health service provider organization. As an active athlete, he has won numerous awards in cricket & badminton in various competitions. As a speaker & motivator he has attended several conferences & community functions as well. He is a registered physiotherapist with Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy.
