Dr. Shweta Sharma

Dr. Shweta Sharma is currently working as an Associate Professor in the School of Physiotherapy, SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy in Paediatrics from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, earning a Gold Medal in her postgraduate studies. She later completed her PhD in Physiotherapy from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad. She has also completed a certificate course in Applied Manual Physiotherapy. Dr. Shweta has extensive clinical and academic experience with institutions including Physiofitness, Lifeaid Multispeciality Hospital, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, and Maharishi Markandeshwar University. She has authored 24 research publications and 17 book chapters in reputed national and international journals and indexed books. Her academic achievements include patents, copyrights, multiple best paper awards, and prestigious recognitions such as the Significant Contribution Award, Young Achiever Award, Academic Excellence Award, Research Excellence Award, Physio Icon Award, Best Researcher Award, and Homi J. Bhabha Research Award.
