Dr. Vikram Mor is a Faculty Member in the Department of Environmental Science, School of Applied and Basic Sciences. He has more than nine years of academic and research experience. Dr. Mor earned his Master’s and Doctorate in Environmental Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and qualified the UGC-NET (Environmental Science) in 2014. His research expertise lies in aerosol optical and radiative properties, climate change, air quality management, and ground water quality analysis and health risk assessment. He has published over 25 research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals, contributed 4 book chapters, authored 1 book, and holds 2 patents in his field. Dr. Mor is a Life Member of the Society for Environment and Sustainable Development. His teaching areas include Environmental Education, Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science, Action Plan for Climate Change, Air Pollution, and Analytical Techniques, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Mor has taken on significant academic and administrative responsibilities, including serving as the Former Head of the Department of Environmental Science. He currently holds the additional responsibility of Deputy Proctor, where he actively contributes to maintaining student discipline, ensuring welfare, and fostering campus harmony. Dr. Mor is actively engaged in research supervision, currently guiding three Ph.D. scholars and has successfully supervised ten postgraduate dissertations. He has also organized and conducted numerous academic events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
