Overview

The PG Diploma in Environmental Sustainability and Climate Resilience is a one-year postgraduate diploma programme offered by the Department of Environmental Science, School of Basic and Applied Sciences, in Physical/Hybrid mode with industry collaboration. The programme is designed to equip learners with interdisciplinary knowledge and hands-on skills required to address contemporary challenges related to sustainability, climate change, ESG compliance, and resilience planning.

This programme caters to graduates and working professionals from both science and non-science backgrounds who wish to build or advance careers in sustainability, ESG, climate policy, corporate governance, and resilience planning. The curriculum integrates climate science, sustainability frameworks, ESG principles, regulatory compliance, and carbon markets, supported by practical training, industry exposure, and project-based learning. The programme encourages knowledge sharing, professional skill development, and application-oriented learning aligned with national and global sustainability goals.
