The primary objective of the visit to IIT Kanpur’s Centre for Developing Intelligent Systems
(CDIS) was to gain comprehensive insights into the institute’s best practices in Artificial
Intelligence (AI) research, curriculum integration, and product-oriented development. The

visit also aimed to explore strategies and frameworks that could guide the establishment of a
Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence (CoE-AI) at SGT University.
